1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and khelkaro ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the khelkaro website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

khelkaro provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related gaming services to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. Access to certain games or features may be restricted based on your location or the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using an online gaming platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use khelkaro, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your country or region of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or making deposits.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of khelkaro or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

khelkaro employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm player age and identity. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, and at any time upon request by our compliance team.

If we have reason to believe that a registered account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated on a minor's account will be forfeited in full. Deposits made by a minor will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full features of khelkaro, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on khelkaro. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, khelkaro reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any other person. khelkaro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify khelkaro immediately by contacting our support team. We recommend that you use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication features.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

khelkaro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents typically include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driving licence (front and back)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of payment method ownership (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket account in your registered name)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

khelkaro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available at the platform's discretion. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on khelkaro is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether from another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account flagged for review.

Deposits are credited to your khelkaro account balance in real time for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on the card network and issuing bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts. Card withdrawals may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds or that has been separately verified in your account settings. khelkaro reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on khelkaro are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There are no currency conversion fees for players depositing in BDT. If your payment method processes the transaction in a different currency, any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

khelkaro offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, and seasonal specials. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as the specific terms published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, the following general rules apply:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute between 10% and 50%. • Where a player holds both real money and bonus funds, real money funds are wagered first.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

khelkaro employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging to clear wagering requirements, systematic arbitrage across promotions, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and collusion between players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is detected, khelkaro reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the offending account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

khelkaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before its modification retain their entitlement under the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in, except where the modification is required to comply with applicable law or platform security requirements.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 User Obligations

As a registered player on khelkaro, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment and recreation, and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with any third party.
• Ensure all information provided to khelkaro is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Promptly notify khelkaro of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security breach.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• Use responsible gaming tools available on the platform to manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khelkaro and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or manipulating account data.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds for gameplay.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an obvious error will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications with khelkaro staff or other players.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by Player

You may close your khelkaro account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, ensure that any outstanding wagering requirements have been settled and that you have withdrawn your available real money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by khelkaro

khelkaro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of a duplicate or multiple account arrangement.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Any other circumstance that khelkaro reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. khelkaro will notify you at the email address registered on your account before any dormancy fees are applied. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances after the initial 12-month inactivity period. The account will not be charged below a zero balance. You may reactivate your dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

khelkaro is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and services. We recognise that for some players, gambling can escalate beyond entertainment into a harmful behaviour pattern. The following tools and measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off review period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net balance change.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform at any time. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
